Information we process

• Account information such as your name, email address, profile image and contact details supplied through sign-in or your account.
• Invitation content you enter or upload, including event details, photographs, messages and supported audio.
• Order information such as the selected design, purchase amount, payment reference, payment status and related support correspondence.
• Guest information entered in RSVP forms, wishes or other enabled invitation features, and reviews you choose to submit.
• Technical information needed to operate and protect the service, such as request logs, session information and saved interface preferences.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, provide and save invitations, process and verify orders, deliver purchased access, display shared pages, handle guest responses, provide support, send service-related messages and prevent fraud or abuse. We also retain information when necessary to comply with legal, accounting or dispute-handling obligations.

Do not upload someone else's personal information without appropriate authority or consent. Invitation creators are responsible for the content they publish and the people with whom they share it.

Shared invitations and public content

When you publish and share an invitation, the content on that page is available to people who can access its link. Recipients may forward the link or save what they see. Guest responses and wishes are processed according to the features enabled on that invitation. Reviews submitted for publication may appear with the public name you supply.

Avoid putting sensitive information in a shared page. Contact us if content involving you has been published without permission.

Service providers and payments

We use Clerk for authentication, Convex and hosting infrastructure for application data and file storage, and Razorpay for payment processing. Transactional email providers may process service messages where email delivery is enabled. These providers receive the information required for their role and may process it in countries where they operate.

Payment credentials such as card details and UPI authentication are handled through the payment provider and banking systems. We receive payment references and transaction status; we do not store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or one-time passwords.

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be disclosed where needed to operate the service, prevent misuse, comply with law or respond to a lawful request. External websites and social platforms linked from this site have their own privacy practices.

Cookies and local storage

The website and authentication provider use cookies or similar storage for sign-in, session security and functionality. The site may save preferences, draft state or interface choices in browser storage. You can clear or restrict these through your browser settings, but doing so may affect sign-in or editing features.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet relevant legal, accounting, security and dispute requirements. The expiry of a public invitation link does not mean all associated account, order or backup records are immediately deleted.

We use access controls and other safeguards appropriate to the service. No online system or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep your account credentials private and contact us about suspected unauthorised use.

Your choices and requests

You can edit supported account and invitation details through the website. To request access, correction or deletion of personal information, or raise a privacy concern, email anchorcustoms1@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records where required by law or for a legitimate unresolved obligation.

The purchasing service is intended for adults. An adult uploading a child's information should have appropriate authority and consent. Contact us if you believe information has been provided without that authority.
