Our service

Anchor Invitations provides digital invitation templates and personalised, shareable event pages. Our products are delivered online. We do not sell or ship physical products through this website.

Each purchase unlocks the individual design shown at checkout. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription or access to the entire catalogue. Any optional assistance, offer or additional service is subject to the details shown for that order.

Your account and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Provide accurate account details and keep your sign-in credentials private. You are responsible for activity on your account and should contact us if you suspect unauthorised access.

Prices and payments

Prices are displayed in Indian rupees. Review the selected design, included features and final amount before paying. Payments are processed through Razorpay and the payment methods available at checkout. A bank debit alone does not establish a completed order; access is provided after payment confirmation.

If payment is pending or your account has not updated, check My Purchases and contact support with your order or payment reference before paying again. Cancellation and refund requests are handled under our Cancellation and Refunds policy.

Editing, publication and access

The current editing window is 45 days from verified payment for online invitations and 7 days for digital moments. Public invitation links are valid for 45 days from verified payment. Review the product and checkout details for your order before purchasing.

You are responsible for reviewing names, dates, venue details, links, photographs and other content before publishing or sharing. A shared link can be opened and forwarded by its recipients. Do not include information that you do not want those recipients to see. Keep your own copies of uploaded content.

Your content and permitted use

You retain rights to your own photographs, text and other uploads. You grant us permission to store, process and display that content as needed to provide your invitation and related features. Only upload content you own or are authorised to use, including appropriate permission for other people's personal information.

Your purchase permits personal use of the selected design for your occasion. It does not transfer ownership of our templates, software, artwork or branding, or permit resale, redistribution of template files, impersonation, unlawful content or interference with the service.

Availability and third-party services

We may perform maintenance and update features. Internet connections, payment providers and external links can affect availability. We may restrict content or accounts that misuse the service or violate these terms, subject to applicable law. Contact us if you cannot access a paid order.

Third-party services linked from the website have their own terms and privacy policies. Any changes to our terms apply prospectively; the terms applicable when an order was placed continue to govern that order unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
